GOC372673 & GOC417537 & GOC417538 CS - Exterior Granite Slabs Study and Podium Structural Integrity Level III Studies

GOC417537 at Saint Andrews Tower The Consultant shall conduct a full Level III structural integrity study to determine the condition of the existing podium structure.  Of note, minor water infiltration was present within the electrical vault in 2010 which resulted in a major power interruption.
GOC417538 at National Library & Public Archives:  The Consultant shall conduct a full Level III structural integrity study to determine the condition of the existing podium structure. 
GOC372673 at National Library & Public Archives: The Consultant shall conduct a full investigation on the existing exterior granite wall slabs located at the north west corner of the podium. These slabs have begun to shift and heave over time presenting a significant potential health and safety risk. A study is required to investigate why this has occurred, and provide recommendations regarding necessary corrective measures.
