This tenant service project was created at the request of the Department of National Defence for the purpose of branding military service and primary operations to the land asset at Carling Campus, Ottawa for National Defence Headquarters (NDHQ) Canada. The intent is for full construction and implementation of three military display tributes (Sea King Helicopter, 3-70mm Gun Turret, LAVIII) on the land asset immediate to the entrance of guardhouse #2.

Respondents may attend an optional site visit. Respondents are requested to meet Dave Sprung (613-862-8287) at Guardhouse #2, 60 Moodie Drive. Paid parking is available in parking lot “C”. Optional site visit does not require entry into Campus and will take place outside of Guardhouse #2.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. All individuals are to bring their own pen to sign the
Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (if applicable).
