Description

BGIS is seeking the services of a General Contractor to assist in the Rapid Modernization of the 4th floor within PdPII. The intent is to update the floor plan with a new furniture layout which will include electrical ( disconnections, new outlets/whips and traces), minor HVAC work (relocation of a few vents) and lighting relocations to be in alignment with the new layout. As well as some painting, signage updates, and carpet cleaning.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at 165 Rue de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Gatineau. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST preregister via email to elizabeth.dalziel@bgis.com by the date in section 2.6.15 before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site
