GOC326575-1 CONTRACTOR - GOC326575-1 Implement Accessibility Review Recommendations

The scope of the project is to implement the accessibility recommendations that were noted in the Public Works and Government
Services Canada Accessibility Report ( Dated September 16th 2009) and modify the facility to meet the CSA B651‐12 Standard, as
the codes noted in the original report may have been superseded. The items contained in the project scope are as outlined in the
plans and specifications provided by CBCL Limited, and reflect the requirement for modification(s) / adjustment(s) to be made to
the following: Walkways, the parking lot, building entrance(s), vertical movement ( elevator ), interior doors and corridors,
washrooms, and signage. Consideration must also be given to the tenant and their security requirements. The contractor will be
expected to supply and install all items outlined in the plans and specifications provided by CBCL Limited. The contractor will be
responsible to supply & install the items as outlined by the consultant's specifications and drawings and Brookfield GIS’s
