Scope of work includes but not limited to:
 complete a comprehensive building capacity assessment for each to determine the maximum occupancy potential using a systematic approach evaluating five (5) potential limiting factors as identified by PWGSC including: Exit Systems Infrastructure, Sanitary Facilities Infrastructure, Government of Canada (GoC) Workplace 2.0 Fit-up Standards, Mechanical Systems Infrastructure, and Electrical Systems Infrastructure.
 This is to be done for all floors in each building regardless of who occupies the space.
