Description

Currently there are 5 fuel tanks (90,000 L each) installed to provide fuel to the boilers during instances where the natural gas at the plant is curtailed due to an arrangement with the utility. A number of compliance deficiencies were identified with this fuel storage tank system (see attached study) along with the tanks being at the end of their service life. A consultant is required to evaluate the fuel system and operational requirement.
