Included in the scope of work:

Work of this Contract comprises renovation of GOC-327289, located at New Federal Building, 1415 Vancouver Street, Victoria, BC, V8V 3W4 including the following:

Retrofit existing lighting luminaries with long life 28w T8 (84000 hours) and LBF Ballasts, install new LED down lighting luminaries and upgrade the parkade lighting to LED lighting.
