Description

Work of this Contract comprises renovation of the moveable wall between SAT 9005 and SAT 9006, located at Saint Andrews Tower, 275 Sparks Street, Ottawa, ON; and further identified as the project.
Remove existing broken moveable wall between SaAT 9005 and SAT 9006. Replace with electric moveable wall with STC equal to or superior to 52. Remove bulkhead or build bulkhead if required. Investigate ceiling to confirm if closed and sealed properly between rooms. Perform STC testing to ensure installation provided has reached the STC requested. Please refer to associated documents for more detailed requirements.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS Project Manager Nazaria Yong Representative at Saint Andrews Tower, 275 Sparks St, Ottawa, Ontario. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
Site visits will be conducted in small groups.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
