Remove/replace front entrance aluminium double doors c/w frame, transom, hardware and glazing.
Remove/replace aluminium side door c/w frame, sidelite, and glazing.
Remove/replace all exterior aluminium windows c/w frames and glazing. New glazing to be low “E” argon filled.
Provide new actuator buttons c/w all required wiring.
Repair drywall where necessary and refinish.
Clean all areas of building affected by work of this contract.
Protection of existing building and surroundings, building personnel, visitors and passing pedestrians. Continuous access to building during working hours and building security during life of contract.
