GOC33288 - Implementation - VF Drives for Supply and Return Fans

Install wall-mounted VFD at each fan unit (4 in total).
The VFDs are to be 600V units complete with circuit breaker, AC line reactor, LonWorks
interface, and NEMA/UL Type 3R enclosure.
The following is the proposed contractors scope of work this option:
1. Demolition of fan pitch controls
2. Fix blade pitch on fan systems
3. Replacement of duct static pressure sensors and revision of existing fan control signal to input of
newVFDs
4. Purchase Wall-mounted VFDs (equipment)
5. Install VFDs on wall (placement)
6. Power wiring from wall-mounted VFD to fans
7. Wiring from existing disconnect switches in fan rooms to wall-mounted VFDs
8. Modifications to existing MCC to Start/Stop function only
9. BMS programming to see inputs/outputs and diagnostics of VFDs
10. Start-up and Air balancing
11. Commissioning
