  All Respondents interested in participating in this tender requirement are to register in advance by emailing a completed version of the Ellis Don Security & Life Safety Pre-Registration Access Form (uploaded on Merx) to procurement.carlingtunneys@brookfieldgis.com by September 20, 2016 at 2:00 pm.
  
  Each firm will be limited to a maximum of two (2) attendees for this showing.
  
  Minimum security screening level of Reliability (issued by CISD) is required to access the construction site.  Escorting of un-cleared personnel is NOT permitted.
  
  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of the job showing and therefore not able to submit a compliant bid.

  Meet at the Ellis Don Security trailer located across from the above ground parking garage. See the attached site map for directions. Firms wishing to attend this showing must register in advance by submitting the attached Site Access Pre-Registration Form. A maximum number of 2 individuals per firm will be admitted to the site for the job showing. Bring photo identification as well as the below personal safety equipment.
  1.      Hard hat
  2.      Safety glasses
  3.      6 inch high steal toe boots (Green triangle tag)
  4.     High visibility safety vest
  5.      Long pants and sleaved shirt no dresses/shorts
  6.      No cut off shirts
