Feasibility studies are to determine best rooftop location where space can be maximized or other feasible site location to install Photovoltaic Solar Panels. Studies are to provide an estimated installation cost, financial analysis with payback period identified and identify the potential power that can be supplied to the electrical grid. The study will cover the following buildings within FMZ 4: 11 Station St. Belleville, 494 Dundas St Belleville, 111 Water St Cornwall, 294 King St Kingston & 86 Clarence St Kingston.  PSPC requested project.
