Complete a feasibility study of the Caretaker Cottage to determine to determine the best use of the property and the capital investment required to bring it to useable condition. Assess building condition and providing estimated costs to complete repairs and upgrades to various building components such as interior finishes, barrier free accessibility, lighting, mechanical systems, plumbing systems and other components that would require improvements to make the building suitable for occupancy and best use. Include a payback calculation based on total capital investment and expected rental income.
