GOC377014 - Integrated Life Safety Test

To procure consultant to perform an integrated life safety test for the Federal Records building. The purpose of this test is to test each of the life safety systems, in an integrated fashion, such that building system operation is verified as a whole under simulated emergency conditions including loss of power.   Systems included in this test:  Fire alarm and emergency voice paging system, fire suppression (sprinkler) system, emergency and exit lighting system, elevating systems (homing function only), building energy management and control system (annunciation only).    Testing procedure specs to be submitted, reviewed and approved prior to starting tests.
