Description

The scope of work is as follows:
Construction work is to replace the entire link roof which would fix recent leak issue and bring the roof insulation up to current NBCC code standards. This option would also involve removing the existing mechanical louvres to install proper flashing below them. The louvres should be assessed to determine if they contribute to the water infiltration issue.
