Statement of Work/Overview:
Design and specify new AC Unit for installation by contractor

Scope of work includes but not limited to:
Consultant to review and design for new AC unit. Consultant to review/recommend options for optimal location, (preferably NOT on roof top). Consultant to propose AC units that can be tied into existing BAS. Current Security Department location within the building was originally part of the cafeteria and the HVAC system was not initially designed for this space. It has become difficult to control the temperature in this area, and as a result, facilities team have been unable to maintain TB guidelines at times.

Addendum #1
Clarification:
1. Please refer to Attachement “Agreement for Consulting Services” for your reference.
2. Should proponents wish to attend a second consultant site visit prior to bid closing, a second date has been arranged for Thursday September 22, 2016 at 10:00am. The bid closing date of Wednesday September 28,
2016 at 2:00pm remains.
ALL OTHER ITEMS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
