Statement of Work/Overview:
Design and specify VFD for replacement by contractor

Scope of work includes but not limited to:
Replace 19 VFD (Variable Frequency Drives) throughout facility on motors ranging from 25hp to 60hp. All VFD's MUST have by-pass capabilities and are compatible with the base building BAS system.

Amendment #1:
Clarification:
1. Please refer to Attachement “Agreement for Consulting Services” for your reference.
2. Proponents should allow for 1 consultant kick off meeting, 1 drawing review meeting (66% stage), 1
contractor kick off meeting and 1 site review meeting for a total of 4 overall project meetings as part of their bid submission.
ALL OTHER ITEMS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.

Site visit is Optional and it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.

Maintenance Technician Lead (MTL) for building/facility will be available for the site visit.
