GOC372695-CS - Update HVAC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Update of written instructions for the operation, maintenance, and testing/verification of HVAC systems and the calibration of all sensors, probes and gauges on which the systems depend for efficient operation.  Regulation requires site specific standard operating procedures that seek to prevent inadvertent releases and instructs on-site and service personnel on how to maintain on-going compliance with the FHR 2003.  SOPs are to be created for sites where there is halocarbon containing equipment over 5.4 tons/hr rated cooling capacity.  The sites for halocarbon containing equipment with a capacity of 5.4 tons or less will require an abbreviated SOP.
