GOC326075 - CT - REPLACE SECURITY KEYS AND LOCKS

Statement of Work/Overview: All locks and keys need to be replaced following the Medeco patent termination for authorizing locksmith to reproduce the key pattern without requesting the permission. All base building locks require replacement in order to prevent a security breach. The locks include but are not limited to the electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, Bell rooms. This project requires the involvement of the tenants since these locks are also installed on the doors leading to the tenant's space.
