Description

There are a number of heat exchangers in the complex. The newest is a plate and frame unit for chilled water, in the mechanical penthouse of Block E. There are 7 other heat exchangers of the shell and tube‐type, for steam‐to‐glycol, domestic hot water and hot water. The current scope of this project is to have a Consultant perform Life Cycle Analysis on the 12 existing heat exchangers and provide full
documentation for replacement, as might be required.
