Statement of Work/Overview:
Design and specify for Escalator Modernization for eventual physical work to be performed by elevator/escalator contractor

Scope of work includes but not limited to:
Replace existing escalators. This facility is served by two passenger escalators, located in the main building lobby and serving two levels. Now at an age of 30 years, the equipment will experience more frequent break downs, longer wait times waiting for parts. Installing new equipment will bring the installation to current code, increase reliability, reduced breakdowns and help mitigate liability.
