PWG481079 & PWG579761 - Design and Fit-up Floors 20 and 21 (Consulting Services)

Consultant Design Requirement to provide a complete range of services to develop project drawings and specifications to fit up the 20th and 21st floor based on client requirements. Design lead will provide for and carry all required engineering disciplines and other disciplines that may be required. Consultant scope of work is from inception through to construction and closeout. Design to meet Workplace 2.0 standards. Actual fit up requirements will involve the demolition and construction of walls, adding of plenum barriers and transfer ducts, electrical and mechanical engineering, cosmetic upgrades to kitchenette and print rooms, colour selection, architectural panels, carpet repairs and pattering as well as other typical modifications associated with a public office environment. Sound masking will be required on this project. A review of the structural integrity of the ceiling tile grid is required. Construction work will be conducted on both floors at the same time. The floors will not be occupied during construction, however the 19th and the 22nd floors will be and this should be considered within the specification.
