Description

The Objective of this project is to collect and monitor electrical data as part of the Optimized Maintenance Plan and energy initiatives. The purpose is to find inefficiencies in the building systems and their operations along with focusing on condition-based maintenance. This project will connect the 7 existing meters to the existing building automation system with the ability to share data with the Smart Building Initiative vendor Coppertree.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS Project Manager Nazaria Young Representative at the 395 Wellington St , Ottawa, Ontario. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
Site visits will be conducted in small groups.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
