Repairs of all minor anomalies which include the sealing of 47 of the 49 roof anchors, the repair of damaged metal flashings, the waterproofing of cracks in the concrete, the sealing of mechanical and electrical penetrations in the walls of the walls adjacent to the roof, replace missing vent liners and reinstall missing vent caps. Refer to specifications and drawings issued for tender by Lapalme Rheault Architectes et Associés.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
