Description

This project objective is to install a new water-chilled cooling unit and modify the existing unit in the ceiling space of an operational server room to achieve desired cooling capacity to prevent over heating of the servers. Work will also include removal and reinstall of existing water pipes, air diffusers, and performing balancing/testing after construction is complete.

Meet in the main floor lobby upon arrival. Contractors are to bring their own ladder to access ceiling space for visual review, no ladders will be provided.

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to jan.dietrich@bgis.com by April 18th, 2022 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent's Representative being refused access to the site.
