This project consists of the fit-up of three rooms for the CBSA tenant in the Yarmouth Government of Canada Building. Basement Storage Room #2 Secure fit-up of downstairs storage including new metal door, secure cage within room, window bars, new sink, and new air exchange system. Second Floor Interview Room Secure fit up of second floor interview room including new furniture, electrical rough in for security system devices, new STC rated doors and wall partition upgrades. Second Floor Interview Room Secure fit up of second floor interview room including new STC rated doors, wall partition upgrades, and mechanical modification to meet STC rating requirements

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 3:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
