L-G66-3203/38, BGISP000108 - BLDG 564 BASEMENT REPAIRS

Work of this contract includes architectural, mechanical and electrical construction related to Basement Repairs at Building 564, 5 Wing Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador as outlined in the Drawings and Specifications, and including but not limited to the following:
.1 Provide new access / exit way through existing concrete block wall.
.2 Infill existing access way with new materials to match existing.
.3 Install new door hardware, pull station and signage at existing door. Hardware to be connected to existing fire alarm.
.4 Painting at slab edge.
.5 Miscellaneous cutting and patching.
.6 Demolition of existing and installation of new mechanical components (ductwork, plumbing, piping, insulation) as required to provide access and maintain clearance for new exit way.
.7 Fire stopping as required by new work.
.8 Electrical work as required to connect the new door hardware (power and fire alarm) and to relocate existing exit signs and emergency lighting as well as required to install new exit signs and emergency lighting.
.9 Abatement and disposal of lead paint.
