There is a security element within this project for which contractors will be required to allocate amounts within their tender submission for this component.

Each firm will be limited to a maximum of one (1) attendees for this showing . Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security.
Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of job showing.

Event Note

Site Visit attendees are requested to meet Tony Savasta (613-325-4424) of BGIS at the front entrance lobby of the PRC Building located at 161 Goldenrod Driveway (see attached Campus Map).Bidders will require government issued photo ID in order to sign in with security for the visit.
Paid parking is available at the Tunney's Pasture complex within designated areas that are clearly identified for visitor use.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. All individuals are to bring their own pen to sign the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet.
