Replacement of exterior concrete stairs. (Two week tender period)

  • Phase 1 – Construction to start on October 17th, 2016 to fully replace (as per the drawing and specifications) the South West Stair and patch the North West, North East and South East stairs to make safe until spring 2017 – Substantial Completion by January 20th, 2017. Note: Repairs to the North West, North East and South East stairs must be complete by October 31, 2016.
  • Phase 2 – South East, North West and North East Stairs – Substantial Completion by August 31, 2017 (one stair on the East side of the building must be open at all times).
