Statement of Work/Overview:
 
Perform an analysis of the energy efficiency of building systems and components as identified in the PWGSC National Call Letter Federal Sustainable Development Strategies (FSDS). The Energy Manager involvement is required to ensure consistency of delivery and audit is completed in the format approved by PWGSC.  The awarded consultant is also required to review the previous energy audits that were completed for each site.  After review the reports, the consultant is to compile a list indicating the items that has been completed and the items that are still pending.  All site meetings/inspections are to be coordinated wit hthe Project Manager and building staff.
 
The building located at 301 Scott Street in Fort Frances is a 2 storey building built in 1930 and is approximately 21,600 square feet.  The building located at 45 Prince Street in Sioux Lookout is a single storey building built in 1975 and is approximately 10,800 square feet. The building located at 22 Bay Street in Sault Ste Marie is a 2 storey building built in 1997 and is approximately 52,600 sqaure feet.
