Description

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
1. Isolated repairs to cap and base sheets in area designated as Roof A on drawings.
2. Removal and disposal of existing wood deck and concrete pavers from roof.
3. Installation of new metal flashings around perimeter of all roofs.
4. Removal and replacement of entire cap sheet in area designated as Roof B on drawings. a. Includes flashing into existing rooftop equipment, fans, vents, drains, etc.
b. Includes removal and reinstatement of metal siding at penthouse to accommodate flashings at penthouse perimeter.
5. Isolated repairs to base sheet in area designated as Roof B on drawings.

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A recommended maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
