GOC535796-CS - Design of Administrative Office

To better design presence of an administrative office that is associated with an office located across the hall. One of the challenges of this project is to improve the functional and procedural association of these two offices while being sensitive to the high heritage value of the corridor. To develop up to three design options in order to facilitate discussions with the Federal Heritage Buildings Review Office (FHBRO), with the overarching goal of finding the best solution for this project. (Scope of work) Site review and analysis, Preliminary design concepts and discussion with FHBRO, submit to client for approval, Develop design, prepare graphic sketches, submit to client for approval, meet with FHRBO for discussion and feedback, Final Concept design, material and color boards, class ‘D’ estimate, submit to client for approval, present to FHBRO for feedback, Submit final concept design to client.
