GOC4979169-CS - Building Condition Report - Consulting Services

Update the Building Condition Report (BCR) as stated in the National Call Letter requirements. The BCR will review all major architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and conveying building elements, both interior and exterior and identify the events required to bring the asset to the building quality standard appropriate to the functional requirements of PSPC. The BCR is to also include Seismic screening, which is now completed as part of BCR's using the Seismic Risk Management Framework released by NRC. The concept of full life cycle costing for the facility is the basis for the development of the long-term capital plan.
