Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Commissionaires Desk at 120 Wellington St., Chatham, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (rajesh.gupta@bgis.com) by (June 27, 2022) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
