Description

Replace two Engineered Air cooling only roof top units and replace all exhaust fans in the building. These exhaust fans are located in the photography darkroom exhaust canopies, in the fume hoods, and in the washrooms. Plans and specifications in year one and implementation in year two. The two engineered air cooling only units are in poor condition, with considerable rust build up, and have reached their life expectancy. The exhaust fans have reached the end of their service life. The Engineered Air RTUs contain R-22 refrigerant which is to be phased out by 2020.
