2. Respondents shall include their organizations Occupational Health and Safety Plan, along with the program to effectively implement the Occupational Health and Safety Plan (See Attachement 3)
3. Respondents shall include supporting documents confirming that you have provided adequate safety training to your employees, including Health and Safety Orientation (See Attachement 3)
