  Each firm will be limited to a maximum allocation of two attendees for this showing. Minimum Reliability is required to access the construction site. Escorting of un-cleared personnel is NOT permitted.
  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of the job showing and therefore not able to submit a compliant bid.

  Respondents who have pre-registered must attend a mandatory site meeting.
  Respondents are requested to meet Todd Davies (613-857-0349) at the Ellis
  Don Site trailer located at 3500 Carling, (Ellis Don Site office located in south campus). Bidders will require government issued photo ID
  to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory on site Visit Attendance
  Sheet.
  Onlty pre-registered personnel will be granted access.
  The following PPE must be worn to attend the job showing:
  1. Hard hat
  2. Safety glasses
  3. 6 inch high steal toe boots ( Green triangle tag)
  4. High visibility safety vest
  5. Long pants and sleaved shirt no dresses/shorts
  6. No cut off shirts
