1.  Selective demolition and installation of boiler B-1 pump, P-1, and associated heating water piping and accessories, including but not limited to isolation valves, strainer, pressure and temperature gauges, and piping insulation.
2.  Selective demolition and installation of boiler B-2 pump, P-2, and associated heating water piping and accessories, including but not limited to isolation valves, strainer, pressure and temperature gauges, and piping insulation.
3.  Selective demolition and installation of boiler B-3 pump, P-3, and associated heating water piping and accessories, including but not limited to isolation valves, strainer, pressure and temperature gauges, and piping insulation.
4.  Selective demolition and installation of primary heating pumps, P-20 and P-21, and associated heating water piping and accessories, including but not limited to VFD, isolation valves, strainer, pressure and temperature gauges, and piping insulation.
5.  Selective demolition and installation of pressure differential valve.
6.  Selective demolition and installation of perimeter heating pumps, P-12, P-13, and P14, complete with VFDs and associated heating water piping and accessories, including but not limited to isolation valves, strainer, pressure and temperature gauges, and piping insulation.
7.  Selective demolition and installation of reheat pumps, P-1 and P-2, and associated heating water piping and accessories, including but not limited to VFD, isolation valves, strainer, pressure and temperature gauges, and piping insulation.
8.  Connecting new pumps, sensors, and gauges to existing BAS.
9.  Start-up of existing heater water system to verify functional performance of the new pumps.

1. Selective demolition of existing heating water expansion tank and associated heating water and compressed air piping and accessories in basement mechanical room.
2.  Selective demolition of existing chilled water expansion tank and associated chilled water and compressed air piping and accessories in penthouse mechanical room.
3.  Installation of new bladder type heating water expansion tank and associated heating water piping, insulation, and accessories in basement mechanical room.
4.  Installation of new diaphragm type chilled water expansion tank and associated chilled water piping, insulation, and accessories in penthouse mechanical room.
