GOC327263-CHA-RFQ-Repost - CONTRACTOR - Repair Storm and Sanitary Piping and Sewers

Statement of Work/Overview:

• Remove existing sanitary and storm drain piping in the building.

• Furnish and install new sanitary and storm drain piping inside the building as indicated on the drawings.

• Remove and replace existing plumbing fixtures where indicated on the drawings.

• Remove sections of walls for piping replacement where indicated on the drawings.

• Rebuild walls where removed or damaged.

• Paint new walls to match existing.

• Replace vent piping thru roof and re flash.

• Repair underground piping outside of building where indicated on the plans.

• Repair concrete and asphalt paving.

• Repair yellow painted lines as required.

• Saw cut asphalt paving and concrete to be removed.

• Insulate horizontal storm drain piping inside of the building.

• Label piping with service and direction of flow.

• Obtain building permit.

• Provide as-built drawings.
