Description

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work outlined in Attachment 03 – specification and Drawings.

Work includes but not limited to, the following:

Decommission the existing standpipe, standpipe cabinet, standpipe alarm points from the fire alarm panel, and hose system. Update the building fire safety plan and provide hazardous material removal.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by Aug 3, 2022 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
