Design floor plans. Enlarge access to room 034. Supply and install automatic door openers and relocate card readers. New kitchenette - counter space, tap water. Analyze and install HVAC and Lighting as required. Supply and install dropped ceiling. Required Electrical and data drops for work stations and other. Supply and install carpet on about 65% of room 034 plus remove carpet in current mail room. Add anti-slip epoxy paint to new mail room operating area in 034 about 35% of space.
