Scope of Work/Overview:
Kitchen upgrade of the Ministers Regional Office at Library Square Tower located at Suite 808, 300 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, including but not limited to the following:

Kitchen upgrade and all other work specified herein or noted on the drawings,
Painting refresh and flooring replacement in the areas specified,
Scope will include move of all furniture or equipment as required,
Cleanup of all areas affected by the work to the satisfaction of the client, at the end of each work shift,

All noisy and disruptive work must be scheduled after-hours. All work scheduled during business hours must be approved by the client.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by Aug 9th, 2022 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
