Description

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work which includes but not limited to, the following:

Install non-combustible bird screen material at the perimeter of roof overhangs
Coordinate with Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) for daily assessment to confirm no wildlife are present immediately before is installed.
Installation to take place outside bird nesting period as stated in the environmental report. The optimal time window for installation is between September and February.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by Aug 16th, 2022 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing.
