Event Note

Please meet BGIS Project Manager Representative at meet at 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ont. (meet at MacKenzie King Entrance). Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Failure to pre-register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
