Supply labor and material to remove walls
-Supply labor and material to remove carpet in area. Relocate (1) Horn Strobe
-Perform Fire Alarm Verification After Relocation.
-Relocate Light Switches.
-Relocate (1) Exit Sign.
-Relocate (1) Thermostat If Required.
-Supply labor and material to relocate 2 doors and frames
-Supply labor and material to repair ceiling grid and replace required
-Supply labor and material to patch and repair damaged walls
-Supply labor and material to install new drywall wall, from grid to floor
-Supply labor and material to tape and prep wall for paint
-Supply new building standard carpet tile for area
-Supply labor and material to install new carpet tile and 4 cover base
-Supply labor and material to paint area to new building standard colors
-Supply labor and material to ensure site is clean and ready for use

GOC3508194 - Unit 2 G Renovations
2G unit will require several walls to be removed and a slab to slab wall installed with a door. Please see attached diagram.
