GOC505022 - Implementation - Suite 3B Reconfiguration

The scope of work includes reconfiguration of an office suite on the third floor to meet the changing needs of the Tenant. Work includes creating a sound proof office with fixed partitions, creating 3 new offices with demountable walls, and enclosing the boardroom with demountable walls. Mechanical (including sprinkler) and electrical work is required to accommodate the revised layout. Adjacent to the main door into the suite is the boardroom, which is currently closed on 3 of the 4 sides with temporary partitions on 2 walls and fixed partitions on 1 wall. The Tenant requires the boardroom to be fully enclosed by adding a wall of demountable partitions complete with a door and sidelight. Along the left side of the open office area, create 3 offices with demountable partitions complete with doors and sidelights. In the back left corner is an existing demountable partition to be demolished. The back corner to receive a new larger, soundproof office with fixed partitions, and door with a sidelight. Demolished existing demountable partition components to be reused within the Suite. Additional demountable partition components are located in the Sub-Basement Mechanical Room to be used within Suite 3B.
