Description

To replace existing lighting control in all service rooms with new occupancy sensor switch controls

Demolition and removal of existing lighting switches in service rooms as indicated on the drawings and as specified herein.
Provision of occupancy sensor wall switches in service rooms to control existing lighting fixtures.
Provide all necessary electrical power wiring, conduits, boxes, equipment, and all accessories required to a have fully functional lighting control systems in which the occupancy sensor wall switches control the existing lighting fixtures in the service rooms.
Programming, testing and calibration of the systems.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 4905 Dufferin Street, Toronto. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to rajesh.gupta@bgis.com by (August 23rd 2022) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
