Description

BGIS is currently looking for a General Contractor to replace a broken window in Building 5 East ground floor.  The scope of work should include (but not be limited to):

  • Supply and install a replacement window, matching all specifications to the original.
  • One ground floor window to be replaced.  Rough measurements are 54 ½” x 26”.
  • Contractor is responsible for all measurements and sourcing the correct window.
  • Replace window & seals with the same specs as existing window.
  • All debris generated by the installation must be cleaned up from the work area, removed from site and disposed of by the contractor.
  • Window replacement shall be coordinated with minimal impact on the tenant.
