Description

General Contractor required to implement all Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical modifications included Plans and Specification provided in this tender package.
General Project Scope of Work, tender plans and specification take precedent.

1.Patch and Paint AG-131 and AG-132, clean or replace carpet and damaged ceiling tiles.
2.AG-131, AG-132 and AG-134a require more electrical than can be provided as electrical panel is full. A new panel will be required in order to supply amount of electrical being required by Client.
3.Floor plans included.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.)

Event Note

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
