Office fit-up implementing Government of Canada Workplace Standards - pilot project for ISED requiring the following work: demolition & construction flooring; partitions; cabinetry; reflected ceiling-replace 20% ceiling tiles; demolition & construction power/data; coordination with SSC cabling; HVAC modifications to suit new partition layout; investigative coring for structural modifications to support operable wall; acoustical modifications for sound attenuation upgrades required as per the Technical Design for Office Buildings and GCWP Fit-up standards; environmental abatement as required.
